The BBC’s hit programme ‘Who Do You Think You Are’ takes celebrities on a journey back in time to meet their ancestors, and now their Great British Story project is letting the rest of us follow in their footsteps.
As part of the initiative, Gorleston Library is holding a series of Introduction to Family History workshops, which aims to provide locals with all the tools necessary to uncover the lives of their forebears.
The library is home to some incredible genealogy resources, and it’s hoped that the Great British Story will inspire people to do their own digging.
