There are over 80 organised street parties being held all over Norfolk and Suffolk, for Fridays Royal Wedding, and Gorleston is ready to get the party started.
Street parties have been organised in Springfield Road from 12-6pm and the James Paget University Hospital has organised a party as well. Children from the Busy Bees Nursery will be making all of the decorations for the event, from crowns and capes to flags and Royal decorations.
Gorleston has seen lots of visitors over the past week with a brilliant Easter Weekend. This weekend is surely set to be another brilliant occasion. Take a trip down to Gorleston and join in the regal celebrations, for a weekend to remember.
Yet Gorleston is only one of many nearby celebrations. In neighbouring Great Yarmouth Mecca Bingo are asking its customers to record personal messages to the Royal bride and groom, with a live screening of the wedding, followed by a special wedding reception.
All over Norfolk, villages and towns look ready to celebrate the occasion. When you come to Norfolk, there’s always a great sense of community and even more so for this weekend.
